How do I return an item?

Return Policy 

Your complete satisfaction is PRIORITY! If you'd like to return your order, please let us know by email within 15 days of your receipt for a full refund or exchange, less the actual cost incurred when shipping your order to you. Once your return request is approved, you may ship the order back to us using any carrier you prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Please be sure to include your RMA # in the reference field so that it will appear on the return label. Many of the products that are sold on our website come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly. We are not authorized to repair or take back defective products. Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. 

Important Guidelines: 

* Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging (in unused, resellable condition) complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. 

*Resale clothing, shoes and related accessories MUST include original tag. *PLEASE - No exceptions. 

*Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. No credit can be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "new" condition). 

*Include your original packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip. 

 *Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received. 

* We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized or special ordered. 

* Clearance, discontinued, bargain bin and/or sale items are not eligible for returns.
